| ARK Directional Services Inc. is a privately held company that operates in Calgary, Alberta and Denver, Colorado and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are incorporated in Canada and the United States. Incorporated in February of 2006, we have drilled in excess of 1100 wells to present. Over half of these wells were drilled using the un-manned MWD concept. With over 65 years of combined directional drilling experience, our management team has gained theoretical and practical knowledge in domestic Foothills, Plains, international onshore, offshore, platforms, jack-ups, semi-submersibles, coiled-tubing, and under-balanced operations. We have developed key relationships with MWD tool suppliers, as part of our overall plan to provide a more efficient method of delivering full-service directional drilling to the market. Utilizing un-manned MWD systems, we are able to set ourselves apart from our competitors by operating without MWD hands on location.
